Some violations that require a court appearance include the following:

- Speeding violations in excess of 30 MPH over the posted speed limit
- Tickets which resulted from an accident involving the death or injury of any other person than the accused

You must also complete the TRAFFIC SCHOOL REGISTRATION FORM which is located on the bottom of the information sheet given to you by the officer and mail it, along with the signed plea of guilty on the back of the blue copy of your ticket to the Circuit Clerk's office. This payment option is for people that do not want traffic school or people that are under 18 years of age. State law requires drivers under the age of 18 to appear before a judge with a parent or guardian to receive court supervision.

Traffic Ticket (Speeding 21-25 mph over limit)- $140.00 + Traffic School - $35.00 = $175.00

On-line Traffic School Fees
Traffic Ticket (Most Violations) - $120.00 + Traffic School - $50.00 = $170.00
Traffic Ticket (Speeding 21-25 mph over limit)- $140.00 + Traffic School - $50.00 = $190.00
